Use this electronic function to make an unequivocal withdrawal declaration. Submission records the declaration immediately; it is not conditional on our approval.
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. For split deliveries, the statutory starting rule applicable to the final goods, lot, or piece applies.

You may use the electronic function above, email, or the model wording below. Using the model wording is not mandatory.
We will reimburse payments received for the withdrawn goods, including the least-expensive standard outbound delivery charge where legally required, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the consumer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and does not create a fee from us. The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating withdrawal. The consumer bears the direct cost of return unless we agree otherwise or failed to provide legally required information.
The consumer is liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The statutory right may not apply, or may expire early, in legally defined cases including custom-made goods, sealed software or recordings once unsealed, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, and digital content or fully performed services where the consumer gave the legally required express consent and acknowledgment. Defect and conformity rights remain unaffected.
