Always submit a return request first. We email instructions and a return reference—do not ship until you have them.
Have your order number and the email address used at checkout ready. Note the product name, quantity, and reason for each item you want to return.
Open the return form, enter your order details, and describe what you are returning. We normally reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
Once approved, pack the item securely in the original packaging when possible, remove unrelated labels, and use a tracked service. Keep the receipt and tracking number until the refund is complete.
Approved returns can also be dropped off at our Leipzig store after you receive authorization.
Contact us promptly with clear photos of the product, serial number, and packaging. Reporting transit damage within 48 hours helps us work with the carrier, without reducing your legal rights.
