You generally have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an eligible product. For international orders, the clock starts when the parcel is delivered—not when it was ordered or dispatched.
Your statutory withdrawal, warranty, and consumer rights under applicable law still apply and are not limited by this store policy.
Items should come back in substantially the same condition, with accessories, manuals, warranty cards, serial labels, and original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns: you pay return shipping and remain responsible for loss or damage in transit.
Verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we arrange a prepaid return or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. Deductions may apply for missing parts or diminished value where the law allows.
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
Bank-transfer refunds may need your IBAN so we can return the funds securely. Card or bank processing times after we release the refund are outside our control.
