Orders ship from our Leipzig store after payment is confirmed. Processing and transit are separate steps—see the timelines below.
All online orders are fulfilled by Fotohaus Klinger Leipzig (Schloßgasse 2-4, 04109 Leipzig, Germany). Leipzig store pick-up is free when you choose that option at checkout.
We process orders within 5 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Processing time is not included in the delivery windows listed for transit.
Bank-transfer orders wait until the full payment clears before processing begins.
Once your order leaves the store you will receive tracking when the carrier provides it. Estimated transit after dispatch:
Estimates are not guarantees. Destination, carrier capacity, customs, public holidays, and weather can all change the actual arrival date. If a significant delay occurs, we will share what we know and help where we can.
