We ship internationally from Leipzig. You are responsible for import rules, duties, and taxes in the destination country.
Customs duties, import VAT/taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are not included in the product price or our shipping fee unless we expressly say otherwise. The destination country’s authorities may collect these on arrival.

International transit after dispatch is typically 3–15 business days, plus any customs clearance time. Tracking may pause while a parcel is with customs.
International customers handle export paperwork for returns and any related government charges. Duties and taxes already paid on import are usually not refundable by us unless we collected them directly and the law requires a refund.
