The QAI-U100 Edge AI Accelerator from QNAP delivers processing power up to 3 TOPS, meeting the image and video recognition needs of your QNAP NAS using its USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 interface. Compared to other accelerators, it offers 1GB of memory and improved heat dissipation, allowing small- and medium-sized businesses, and home users, allowing them to achieve AI-power image recognition. An integrated heatsink helps deliver high performance and reliability, especially when running intensive processes.

The NPU handles image processing and analysis, reducing CPU load during AI computations. This allows the system to operate with lower power consumption and higher efficiency, with faster and more agile AI applications for facial recognition and image recognition.

The QAI-U100 has a built-in NPU, delivering up to 3 TOPS AI processing power, instantly enhancing the AI capabilities of your QNAP NAS for high-speed surveillance and image recognition applications.

The NPU greatly accelerates image recognition performance when uploading pictures in QuMagie, realizing intelligent classification.

The QAI-U100 can be easily installed in a NAS with a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port. By installing two QAI-U100 units on a single NAS, you can enjoy up to 6 TOPS computing power.

A heatsink is included to provide consistent high performance and reliability. When the NAS detects the QAI-U100 and starts running AI applications, the white light will blink. If the light is off, it indicates the QAI-U100 is not correctly set up. Please check for any hardware configuration issues.
