Polymaker 1.75mm PolyCast Filament (3kg, Natural)

The Polymaker 1.75mm PolyCast Filament is designed to produce investment patterns for investment casting applications. PolyCast is unique because it can be easily smoothed with IPA and burns out very cleanly with minimum ash residues.

Printing Settings

• Printing Temperature: 374 - 428°F / 190 - 220°C
• Bed Temperature: 77 - 158°F / 25 - 70°C
• Printing Speed: 40 - 60 mm/s
• Fan: ON

Direct Drive

• Retraction Distance: 1mm
• Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s

Indirect Drive

• Retraction Distance: 3mm
• Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s

Drying Settings

• 122°F / 50°C for 12 hours
• (Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
