Pegasus Astro DewMaster 2 Five-Channel Dew Heater Controller

Power and control up to five dew heaters—manually or with AutoDew—with the DewMaster 2 Five-Channel Dew Heater Controller from Pegasus Astro. Equipped with a temperature and humidity probe, the DewMaster 2 can be controlled from your PC via USB-C, wirelessly with Wi-Fi and the Pegasus Unity app, or with three push buttons on the device. A 2.1" OLED display, covered in red film to preserve your night-acclimated vision, shows power levels for all five outputs, ambient temperature, relative humidity, and dew point.

• The 2.1", 128 x 64-pixel OLED screen works lag-free, at temperatures as low as -40°F
• Five MOSFET transistors, each capable of handling up to 6 amps, ensure stable performance with minimal voltage drop across the outputs. Dew strips connect to the five RCA sockets
• A calibrated temperature and relative humidity external sensor provides precise environmental readings for your setup and seamlessly integrates with the dew heater outputs to automatically adjust power levels based on current conditions
• Optional temperature probes can be connected to the T1 and T2 sockets of DewMaster 2. These probes can be mounted on the telescope hood to monitor the optic cell's temperature. Using these readings alongside the ambient temperature, the device intelligently adjusts the heater power to prevent dew formation
• AutoDew mode utilizes data from the environmental sensor, including ambient temperature and relative humidity, to calculate the dew point. As the dew point approaches the ambient temperature, the system increases the power to the dew heaters
• Two 12 VDC outputs allow you to power additional equipment while minimizing cable clutter. Each DC output accepts 2.1mm plugs and can provide up to 6 amps of current
• DewMaster 2 seamlessly operates as a client, connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and functioning as both Wi-Fi hotspot and client
