The DigiCopy Vario Scanning System for Slides and Negatives from Kaiser is a compact, all-in-one kit for digitizing 35mm slides and negatives using your smartphone or a lightweight camera with a 1:1 macro lens. Designed for stability, simplicity, and portability, this versatile system combines five essential tools to convert film into high-quality digital files at home or on the go. The included ReproKid Copy Stand provides a stable mount for small cameras or smartphones via the included phone holder. Paired with the FilmCopy Vario film holder, the system comes with an insert for 2 x 2" mounted 35mm slides and a 24 x 36mm format mask with guide ridges for 35mm film strips. Optional accessories (sold separately) expand compatibility to handle slides and negatives in formats such as 1.75 x 2.4", 2.25 x 2.25", 2.25 x 2.75", 2.25 x 3.5", and 24 x 66mm panoramic. Inserts are tool-free and easy to switch.

At the base, the Slimlite Plano LED light box provides a bright, flicker-free, color-accurate light source for digitizing slides, negatives, or other transparent originals. An overlay mat is included to mask out the edges of the light panel, minimizing flare or spill. To complete the kit, a blower brush is provided for gently cleaning dust from your film before scanning.
