Equipped with a newly developed 2.6"-wide PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead, the printer can reach resolutions up to 2400 x 1200 dpi with 1600 nozzles per color. Using a six-color, UltraChrome XD3 ink set that includes a dedicated red ink, images feature smooth gradations, fine detail, crisp lines, and vibrant colors for graphics, signage, blueprints, and documents. The T3770E is fast, creating normal 23.4 x 33.1" (A1-sized) prints in just 16 seconds.

The printer supports rolls and cut sheets in a variety of media including glossy, technical, bond, matte, specialty media, and rigid posterboard up to 1.5mm thick. For checking status and changing settings, the front panel has a 4.3" color LCD and various navigation buttons.
