The versatile baseplate is designed to be paired with the Universal Dovetail or a separately available Manfrotto-style, Arca-style, or DJI dovetail plate using its universal dovetail quick release receiver. A removable safety stop ensures the camera plate stays securely in place.

Front and rear 15mm LWS rod mounts for attaching rods for lens motors and other rod-compatible accessories. Multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads on the bottom allow you to incorporate additional mounts such as a jib, bridge plate, slider, or other rigs.
