Configure the drive tower in RAID 0, 1, 10, 3, 5, 6, Single Disk, or JBOD mode to balance between speed, accessible storage, and data redundancy. With two Thunderbolt 3 ports, you can daisy chain up to six ARC-8050T3U enclosures or other devices directly to your compatible computer with an up to 40 Gb/s connection. A DisplayPort output lets you enhance your workflow by connecting a separate 8K, 30 Hz monitor. A 2700 rpm fan helps to maintain optimal performance. The ARC-8050T3U is designed to work with Windows and macOS devices.

SED-Based Encryption

The Areca firmware Security Function works with self-encrypting drives (SEDs) to secure their data from unauthorized access or modification. Protection is achieved by the SED hard drive that automatically and continuously encrypts the data on the drive without any user interaction.

Easy Management

Configure and manage your ARC-8050T3U directly using the convenient LCD screen, which provides information at a glance. Alternatively, you can manage the device using the browser-based interface when it is connected to your Thunderbolt 3 compatible computer or through the Gigabit Ethernet port.
